Walk of Witness: Good Friday
Falmouth & Penryn Churches Together held their traditional Good Friday Walk of Witness yesterday starting at Emmanuel Baptist Church, before stopping off at All Saints C of E, St Mary’s RC, the old URC building, The Salvation Army, outside the old Methodist Church building, with a reflection at each one, and finally inside King Charles the Martyr C of E - where Rev Bill led us in a short act of worship (pictured).
After that it was into New Street for well deserved coffee and hot cross buns. The number of walkers varied somewhat, but was somewhere between 80 and 100 brave souls, who put up with damp drizzle all the way round.
