FMC Leadership Team Meeting: Wednesday 12th November at 14.15 at the home of Jean Whetham.
FMC Sound System: During some services you may have noticed some feedback on our sound system which can be uncomfortable to the ears as it tends to be high pitched! This disruption is generally caused by hearing aids interacting with the speakers. We would therefore like to request that those of our church family that wear hearing aids do not adjust them during more sensitive parts of our services particularly during the prayers and sermon. Thank you from the Sound Team.
New Monthly Bible Study for the Advent: Many expressed the desire to have more Bible study/House Groups. Sarah, Louise, and Jo would be willing to host and run this at their homes. We would aim for a small group to begin with and then split into more groups as the need arises. We will search for appropriate resource materials and there would be a small charge for the books that we would follow in the group/s. If you are interested in this then please give your name to Sarah Smith.
Friday Morning Friends at Fairwinds: 28th November from 10am. All are welcome. Hot drinks and homemade cakes.
Cake Stall: On the third Sunday of each month there will be a cake stall to raise funds for the church. Homemade cakes only £1.50 a slice.
PRAYER LIFEBOAT: If you would like a prayer for a friend or relation who is very poorly at home, or in hospital, please ring me; if there is no reply, please leave a message. I will then pass this request on to all the others on the Lifeboat list. Thank you. Moira McCullough.
Fairtrade stall will be available every second Sunday following our morning service (including the Circuit Service at Stithians). Nona.
COP 30: The 2025 international climate conference, COP30, takes place in Belem, Brazil from 10th to 21st November.
