One of the events we have missed this year was the Bluebell walk at Bonallack Barton Farm.  I have taken a trip down memory lane to happier safer times a year ago in May 2019.   We had a great show of bluebells as always and an abundance of people to share it with. This year 2019 we were pleased to share the proceeds with the Invictus trust a fantastic Cornish run charity for young people with mental health issues. 

We had good weather and some fabulous stalls of work, stick craft, hand made cards and pyrography and the beloved brick a brac. We introduced a homemade soup option this time which was in great demand and sold out at around 3pm 

Cream teas with cake, scones and replenished cups of tea are always a draw after the relatively short walk of 25-30 minutes through the bluebell woods and the gardens are quite special if you are less able to venture too far. 

We very much look forward to hosting this event again next year 2021
