Homes and Gardens Visits 2024
Come along to share fellowship, meet people & have fun. There will be
opportunities to donate towards the work of the Circuit, & other good causes.
When: Saturday 8th June, 2pm -5pm Hosted by: Jo Walker, Parking available on road.
Details: Small garden with lawn and borders. Tea, coffees and cakes. Dogs on lead
welcome.
Can access from back gate for level entrance to garden.

Parking: Very limited parking, please respect neighbours and park a little further
away if at all possible.
Details. Self Service' tea, coffee, orange squash and biscuits will be available.
Feel free to bring your own refreshments if you require 'decaffeinated beverages'
or special food. You are also welcome to bring your own packed lunch.
Limited seating is available, however it would be helpful to bring a deck chair if you
have one. There will be a few rugs for anyone wanting to sit on the lawn.
People are welcome to sit inside if more comfortable, but house is small.
Small dogs on lead welcome, but garden has limited shade.
Stairlift available to access upstairs toilet.

Garden has 3 areas with lawn & boarders, pond & wild area. Garden acceded by
steps or grass entrance, & is on a slight slope. Front paved patio areas accessed
by steps, rear patio by gravel path which has a slight incline.
Access is via a gravel drive limited parking on the drive, no turning space so you
will need to reverse out. Parking available on Sparry Lane, please be mindful of
neighbours.
Our family has a dog. Dogs on lead welcome.
Refreshments: Tea, coffee, savoury snacks & cakes.
Access to bathroom is via steps into the house from the front entrance or 1 step
via the rear door.

Parking for several cars on driveway or on road.
Details. Garden open, plants for sale, children’s interest. Teas and coffee, snack
and food available.
Garden: partially wheelchair accessible
House/Toilet : wheelchair accessible
No dogs please.
When: Saturday August 10th , 2pm – 5pm

Details: Garden open(or house/summerhouse if wet); plants for sale; treasure
hunt/quiz for children, teas, coffees and snacks available. Well behaved dogs
welcome.
Tregoniggie Woodland Walk at 2.00pm for those who are able, ending up back at
the house for tea and cake by 3.00pm. Those not doing the walk are nonetheless
most welcome to sit in the garden.
Accessibility: gravel driveway, two steps into house.

Details: Garden open: tea, coffee and cake available. Please bring your own packed
lunch if required. Dogs welcome.

When: Saturday 7th September, 2.30pm to 5pm
Hosted by: Jane Bennett, Several cars could park in the driveway, otherwise there
are various parking spots along School Lane. More parking at the top of School
Lane (no through road) and a stroll back down the hill.
Details: The garden is a simple, level space with stream. Children welcome. Tea
and coffee, cream teas and a cake stall. Dogs on a lead welcome.
Access to garden via a fairly steep driveway.
